Service Description

Of course, I would prefer to see you in person, but if you are unable to visit in person, we can Zoom your session. This is as powerful as it is in person. Once you schedule, you will immediately be sent a Zoom Link. Please connect prior to our session and check that your audio and video are working. Also, note that I only have you slotted for ninety minutes only. Please make sure your Zoom is in working order so we can see and hear each other from the start. This option is NOT for Smoking Cessation. Don't forget to order your recording, if you wish to have it sent to you after the session.
