Service Description

Choose this session if this is your FIRST TIME at GET JOYFUL. Receive 30 minutes complimentary added to your first 60-minute session. First-time clients, please choose this option. . This will give us time to talk and I can explain how hypnosis works, why it works, and how it feels. Then we will have a full 60 minutes of hypnosis or life coaching session. This may include childhood or past life regression therapy, fears/phobia, confidence, increased motivation, reduced anxiety and stress, understand relationships, weight control, behavior change and much more. This option is NOT for Smoking Cessation I look forward to your arrival so please let me know asap or at least 6 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
